Welcome to Azteca Technologies' Support Page. We offer four forms of support to our customers: email, fax, live/online and telephone support. You select which is best suited to your needs and your situation. Following is an explanation of each type of support.
This form of support is for general, non-urgent questions or requests. It can also be used for problems you are experiencing that are not keeping you from using your computer, but are more of a "nuisance." It can also be used for questions you may have about our services, how-to's, or if you are looking for advice or additional information needed to make a decision about your computer(s), software or network that was installed or updated by Azteca Technologies. Send your email to email@example.com. We try to respond to these emails within one week.
This is the same as email support except that you can send your request to our fax number listed at the bottom of every page on our website. Like email support, we try to respond to these requests within one week. Make sure your fax has either an email, telephone or return fax number on it so we can send a reply.
This form of support allows you to chat online, using your computer, with a member of Azteca Technologies' support personnel. This facility is generally available during weekday business hours. When you use this form of support, we try to resolve your problem or answer your question during the online support session. If we cannot, we follow up with an email or telephone response. As we grow we will be trying to provide more hours of coverage with this service. Go to our live support page by clicking on the link on the left side of this page.
Telephone support is provided generally as initial up-and-running support and with paid support contracts. As we grow, we will be trying to provide more telephone support options to our customers. If you leave a telephone message with us, we will try to reply to you within two business days. Please remember to leave an email address and telephone number for us to reply to your telephone support requests.
