Depending on the button, you will know if our Live Support representatives are available or not. If they are not (Live Support is OFFLINE), you will see a button that tells you to leave a message for our support staff. Click on the button so you can then leave a message which our support staff will receive and reply to, usually within a day. Please make sure you leave your name, a valid email address, and a descriptive subject and a detailed message. Press the Send Email button and you will receive a confirmation page telling you that your message was sent. Then press the Close button and you will return to this page. If our Live Support representatives are available (Live Support is ONLINE), you will see a button that has a green "light" on it and says "Click Here for LIVE Support." Simply click on the button, answer a few prompts and a Support Representative will be with you soon.
